Terms and Conditions – ya888 Platform

By accessing, browsing or using the ya888 platform — whether through the website at ya888.pro, the Android app, or any other channel we make available — you are entering into a binding agreement with ya888 based on the terms set out on this page. This agreement comes into effect the moment you complete registration and create an account.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and close your account. To use ya888 you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be the person you claim to be. False identity information will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion or voluntary ban from online gaming platforms that you have applied for and that remains active.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, business or third party when registering or placing bets.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement — meaning you are of sound mind and not under any legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.

ya888 reserves the right to carry out identity verification and age checks at any point. If a player is found to be ineligible after account creation, ya888 will close the account and handle any balance in accordance with applicable procedures. ya888 does not make representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction and it is the player's responsibility to understand the rules applicable to them.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on ya888. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device or the same IP address — is a breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, contact details and payment method information. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — username and password — confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person. ya888 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep login credentials secure.

• Notify ya888 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Do not use another person's payment method to deposit into your ya888 account.
• Keep your registered contact details up to date so we can reach you regarding account matters.

ya888 may request identity verification documents at any time, including when you register, when you make your first withdrawal or when a transaction triggers a review. Failure to provide documentation when requested may result in a temporary hold on your account until verification is completed.

All financial transactions at ya888 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and other mobile wallet methods as available and displayed in your account at the time of the transaction.

Deposits: Funds are credited to your ya888 account once the deposit transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. ya888 does not charge a fee for standard deposits. Processing times depend on the payment method selected and are typically near-instant for JazzCash and Easypaisa.

Withdrawals: You may only withdraw funds that form part of your real-money balance. Bonus funds and winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal — see Section 5 for bonus terms. ya888 does not charge a withdrawal fee. Expected processing times are:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Typically within minutes of approval
• Raast: Usually within 1–2 hours of approval
• Bank Transfer: 1–2 business days from approval

Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing. You must only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed and the funds will be returned to your ya888 balance.

ya888 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches and other promotional offers to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to that promotion, which will be displayed at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer.

General bonus rules that apply across all ya888 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. ya888 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion.
• Each player may claim a specific welcome or sign-up bonus only once. Attempts to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts will be treated as a breach of terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately in your account balance display. Bonus funds must meet any applicable wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements, where applicable, will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. These represent the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• ya888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already claimed and in active use will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of the claim.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, collusion or by exploiting loopholes in the platform will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.

All bets and wagers placed on ya888 — whether on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports or any other market — are final once confirmed. ya888 will display the odds, game outcome rules and settlement procedures applicable to each market within the relevant section of the platform.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on ya888:

• Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as recognised by the applicable governing body — for cricket this includes the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the International Cricket Council (ICC) for international fixtures.
• In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed or declared void, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that market as displayed at the time of placement.
• ya888 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error or pricing mistake. Players will be notified and the stake returned.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any point during an event. Any bets already confirmed before suspension will stand. Bets placed after the relevant event outcome has become known — even if not yet officially confirmed — may be voided.
• Casino game results are determined by certified random number generators. ya888 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip and within each game or market.

If you believe a bet or game result has been settled incorrectly, contact ya888 support within 72 hours of settlement. Claims raised after this window may not be reviewed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ya888. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension, cancellation of bets and forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud ya888 or other players, including the use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks without legitimate grounds, or manipulation of game mechanics.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including match-fixing in sports betting contexts.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or structuring play specifically to extract bonus value while avoiding genuine risk.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software or any tool that interacts with ya888 without human input, except where explicitly permitted.
• Money laundering: Using ya888 as a vehicle to deposit, cycle and withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing their origin. ya888 cooperates fully with any investigations into financial crime.
• Underage access: Allowing or facilitating access to ya888 by anyone under the age of 18.
• Sharing accounts: Allowing another person to use your ya888 account to place bets or access funds, regardless of whether they are known to you personally.

ya888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Circumstances in which this may occur include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity or age verification when requested
• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion or money laundering
• A chargeback or payment dispute initiated without valid grounds
• Use of the account in a manner inconsistent with the platform's intended purpose
• A player-initiated self-exclusion request

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these terms, ya888 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the remaining balance. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct — for example, at a player's own request — any verified real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method following standard processing timelines.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account should contact ya888 support. All pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally and any remaining balance disbursed after verification.

To the maximum extent permitted, ya888 will not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings resulting from a technical failure that occurs after a bet has been confirmed and accepted
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials
• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from use of the platform
• Any loss caused by events outside ya888's reasonable control, including internet outages, payment provider downtime or force majeure events

Nothing in these terms limits ya888's liability for matters where limitation is not permitted under applicable law. If you experience a platform issue that you believe has affected a bet or transaction, contact support within 72 hours with details so the matter can be reviewed.

ya888 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify registered players via the contact details associated with their account.

It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the ya888 platform after an update has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
